physical protection (Close Protection / Executive Protection) it provides to the Latin Music industry’s highest leaders, Business Executives, Elected government officials, Attorneys and
their Clients.
To safeguard our clients, we do not generally discuss specific types and methods of its security operations. The protection of an individual is comprehensive and goes well beyond surrounding
the individual with a well-armed detail of agents. As part of the Excel Group's mission of
preventing an incident before it occurs, the group relies on meticulous advance work and threat assessments developed by its Intelligence logistics unit to identify potential risks to clients.
The Group will not discuss anything related to an Excel client, their associates and business.
Ditch the bouncer and the Wanabees. The term "Executive Protection
professional" should tell you all you need to know about the evolution of Close Protection details. No-neck goons in black turtlenecks and lumpy suit jackets are fine if you want to hit a dance club with a posse, but they are not effective for Executives. An effective protection detail has to be comprised of trained, certified and experienced professionals, NOT wanabees.

Surveillance and Counter-Surveillance
Protective research is an integral component of all security operations. Excel specialists assigned
to conduct protective research will evaluate information from law enforcement (Police Reports), intelligence gathered by The Excel Group, through surveillance and Counter-Surveillance and a variety of other sources regarding individuals, organizations or groups who may pose a threat to
our clients. The Excel Group specialist review questionable letters, voice and text messages and
e-mails received by the clients and coordinate protection-related information.
These techniques may also be utilized for various situations and may be implemented
with investigations involving; Fraud, illegal activities within a Business or Organization, Corporate theft and criminal activity.
Counter-Surveillance may be used to investigate Stalking situations, Violence in the work place,
valid threats or included in a Full-Executive Protection detail.
